Every engagement begins with an on-site spatial survey and brief consultation. We measure your property, map light choreographies, understand lifestyle routines, and prepare a written scope brief before creating photoreal 3D renders and detailed technical drawings.
We quote transparent Fixed-Scope BOQs based on property square footage and material tier (Essential from ₹1,800/sq.ft, Signature from ₹2,800/sq.ft, Bespoke from ₹4,500/sq.ft). Payments are split into 10% booking deposit, 40% drawings/3D approval, 40% on-site progress execution, and 10% final signoff balance.
